First Wednesdays at Beatitudes Campus - Interview with Chef Cary Neff

http://www.beatitudescampus.org The Beatitudes Campus, a continuum of care retirement living community in north central Phoenix, started a special topics educational series entitled First Wednesdays at Beatitudes Campus. The series, free to the public, will cover various topics including organic gardening, specialty cooking, arts and culture, nature, travel, and new technology. The first session of the series was a huge success and Campus residents and guests enjoyed a visit by renowned Chef Cary Neff, Vice President of Culinary for Atlanta-based Morrison Senior Dining. Chef Neff talked about his internationally acclaimed Conscious Cuisine® and delighted guests with a cooking demonstration.
